Referring to your request of 18 October 2018, to the New Zealand Defence
Force (NZDF), for the following:
 
Dear New Zealand Defence Force,
 
I am asking if the Palmerston North City Council, including Events
Managment, the Office of the Mayor, as well as PNCC CEO has knowledge
and/or received information including email correspondence, of any Saudi
Nationals, and Saudi based companies, holding a Saudi Arabian Passport,
attending, whether as a seller, stall holder, purchaser or attendant of
the New Zealand Defence Industry Forum being held in Palmerston North on
and between the dates of 29th, 30th, 31st October and 1st November 2018.
 
The NZDF does not hold information on what the Palmerston North City
Council (PNCC) may have received with respect to your request.  It is
noted that you have made the same request to the PNCC.
