Dear Health and Disability Commissioner,

We believe that during Prof Ron Paterson’s time at HDC he introduced a policy of giving complainants a copy of the provisional opinion as well as fact finding sections at the same time as providers.

Did the current commissioner change this policy?

Can we please see what changes were made, if any?

Can we please see your current policy in place as well as Prof Ron Paterson's previous policy regarding this matter?

We request above information under the OIA.
