From: Jurgita Klein
New Zealand Transport Agency

Hi Andrew

The NZ Transport Agency considers that the scope of your request under the
Official Information Act 1982 (below) is very broad – it covers the time
period of over 10 years and involves thousands of documents that would
need to be considered (there could be between 700-1000 business cases and
many more supporting documents that would need to be assessed to see if
they fall within the scope of your request). It would require the
involvement of a number of staff across the Transport Agency and would
place an  unreasonable administrative burden on the Agency. The
information you have requested as it stands now cannot be made available
without substantial collation and research and is likely to be refused
under section 18(f) of the Official Information Act 1982.

We would really appreciate of you could refine and narrow down your
request.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards

Jurgita
