Seeking review of denial
Jason Brown made this Official Information request to Jacinda Ardern
The request was refused by Jacinda Ardern.
From: Jason Brown
Dear Jacinda Ardern,
please review this request for information, refused by the previous administration of former prime minister John Key, regarding Foreign Trusts, and implementation of an Act under the another previous administration, under former prime minister, Helen Clark.
I am requesting this review in the suggestion that your office will have a new view on historic advice, built on advocacy from the current Ombudsman that transparency must increase as time advances.

The most pertinent aspect of this refusal so far is the failure of the Ombudsman to provide a legal reference backing his decision to impose a 20 day limit to complaint correspondence - despite his office taking 10 months to respond to my own complaint.
