Dear Jacinda Ardern,
Your receipt of acknowledgement is dated 02 November 2021 but there has still not been any reply.
My request is now long overdue and you have failed your obligation to the law.
I note that other OIA requests have been answered and certainly hope that there is not any bias towards certain information requests?
When will this request be honoured?
Yours faithfully,
Mr Jones

Tçnâ koe Mr Jones,
On behalf of the Rt Hon Jacinda Ardern, thank you for your Official

Accordingly, I am refusing your request.
You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to investigate and review my
decision under section 28(3) of the Act.
Ngâ mihi
