In accordance with The Official Information Act 1982, please supply copies of the following documents in respect of the current contract for the supply and personalisation of passports in New Zealand:
• The full final report of the evaluation committee and their recommendations (explaining why the winners won and the losers lost).
• The contract (with all schedules, annexes etc) as signed by the winning tenderer and the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA)
