Subject: Official Information request - The occupiers of 84 Shakespear
road, Milford, Auckland

 

Dear Auckland Council,

 

After walking home from a movies in the park at Samles Farm with our
children our 11 year old Beagle was attacked and had part of his ear torn
off .

The owner of the dog has been fined for not controlling his dog by the
council but is not willing to take responsibility for the $1200.00 vet
bill.

We would like to take them to the disputes tribunal to try and recover
these costs but to do so we need to know who they are.

We are hoping that we could have the name of the occupier so we can lodge
a claim.
