 camera at the junction of Karangahape Road and Pitt Street (Mercury
Lane), pertaining to an accident on 13 April 2018 between 12:15pm and
12:30pm.

 

The Auckland Transport Operations Centre have reviewed our cameras and
advised that we do not hold any footage relevant to this accident.
Unfortunately the camera in question was not facing the intersection at
the time and did not pick-up an accident. Your request is therefore
refused under section 17(e) of the Local Government Official Information
and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), as the footage requested does not exist. 

 

We are sorry to learn of your accident and regret that we are unable to
assist you at this time. Should you believe that we have not responded
appropriately to your request, you have the right in accordance with
section 27(3) of the LGOIMA to make a complaint to the [1]Office of the
Ombudsman to seek an investigation and review of the decision.
