Dear Earthquake Commission,
I received a response on the 23 of April by Rebecca Martin stating that eqc would provide the information regarding my property at 468 Marine Parade within the required time frame set out in the official information act.
Eqc are now in breach of that that act!
Please explain.

Dear Earthquake Commission,
I wrote to you last week asking for a response to why you haven't provided the information I requested under the terms of the official information act.
I would think it reasonable that a government agency would abide by the law especially as it has emailed me stating that it would provide the information requested within the time frame set out in the act .
I have tried to get an answer from you both by email and by phone .still nothing !!! Why???
