    Dear Antony,
Thank you for the response to the OIA request.
I would like to ask if 'Table 1' from your response can be provided in a workable format, preferably an Excel spreadsheet.
Yours sincerely,
C Morton

It's disappointing that the Ministry of Justice has chosen to send their response in an inaccessible format, sending you an image of the table in PDF form instead of the original table in an accessible spreadsheet format.
As section 16(2) of the OIA allows requesters to specify the format in which information should be released, you could ask that they release the table in an accessible format. Unfortunately invoking this part of the OIA must be done manually, as most agencies have very poor OIA accessibility practices and will not do this unless asked.
