Hello Jerry,

LGOIMA Request regarding process used to engage the design and build
contractor for proposed CET Arena.

At this point in time, any redevelopments identified within the Arena
Masterplan and are the responsibility of Palmerston North City Council
(PNCC), are yet to be decided through the LTP process. The only
development at Central Energy Trust Arena that is currently in progress is
Sports House which will be owned by Sport Manawatu and is entirely their
responsibility.

For any information or detail around the design and build contract
associated with the development of Sport House, please contact Sport
Manawatu.

Regards,

Kyle Whitfield
