In response to your request, Wellington City Council Transport has the
carparking spaces data you require excluding the coupon-parking spaces due
to these being currently work in progress. As these are area polygons, the
coupon parking spaces will have to be an estimate based on the carparked
length of a car.

Is there anything in particular we can offer to further make the data you

etc of approximately 5300 carparks in CBD area.
