Notices of Actual disharge for Moehau, Papakai, Otahu, Mataora 2017
Wendy Pond made this Official Information request to Department of Conservation
The request was partially successful.
From: Wendy Pond
Dear Department of Conservation DoC Hauraki,
This is a reminder of my request made on 20 November 2017.
Dear Penny,
I spoke to WRC to ask for the Notices of Actual Discharge for the 2017 aerial 1080 poisoning operations over Moehau, Papakai, Mataora and Otahu, as EcoFx had lodged the Notices with WRC in 2013. However, WRC said under the 2017 protocols, HeliResources is contracted to DoC. That is, DoC is the lead agency and the Notices should be requested from DoC in the first instance, so I am following the protocol.
Please send me copies of the Notices of Actual Discharge for the operations. Thank you.

Dear Department of Conservation,
Please respond to my request for notices of actual discharge of 1080 toxin for Moehau, Papakai (includes Mahakirau), and Otahu during 2017. For Papakai, please supply a map which is large enough and clear enough to show the tributary streams and main rivers within the area poisoned.
Yours faithfully,
Wendy Pond
