1/ Please supply me with a full PDF copy of the guidelines Case Owners use
to determine how appropriate it is for friends and neighbours to provide
natural support, and what is reasonable for family members to provide as
natural support. (See Appendix 1, pg 15 of the ACC Home and Community
Support Services Operational Guidelines).

2/ Please supply me with a full PDF copy of the guidelines Support Needs
Assessors use to determine they are within AC Act 2001 legislation when
writing Support Needs Assessment Reports for ACC.

 

We have noted your request for receipt of the information by 22 December
2017. If we are able to accommodate this time frame, we will.

Whether a response can be provided by an Agency under urgency will depend
on various factors, including the complexity of the request, the time
required to form a response, and the workload of the agency.

 

Please be assured ACC is working on your request and will be in touch with
you as soon as possible.

The legislated due date by which a response must be provided to you is 23
January 2018, this complies with the 20 working days timeframe allowed for
under the Act,  which excludes the period 25 December to 15 January.
