Fare Review 2016 Option Long List Assessment in the original electronic spreadsheet format

Dear Wellington Regional Council,

On the 16 August 2017, I requested some of the supporting information and justification for the GWRC "Better Metlink fares consultation" that was put out for public consultation (http://www.gw.govt.nz/better-metlink-far...). The GWRC provided its substantial response on September 15 2017 (https://fyi.org.nz/request/6429-request-...).

The GWRC response included a document file called "Att_22_OIA_2017-104_IFT-10-58_Fare_Review_2016_Option_long_list_assessment.pdf". Examination of the this file revealed this is actually a PDF printout of a spreadsheet and contains option assessment calculations. In my original request I asked that "If the requested information is held in electronic form, I would prefer it was provided in its complete and original electronic format."

Can I please have a copy of the Fare Review 2016 Option Long List Assessment in its original electronic spreadsheet format as initially requested ?
