Police interest in my rental property
Sandra Dwerryhouse made this Official Information request to New Zealand Police
Response to this request is long overdue. By law New Zealand Police should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.
From: Sandra Dwerryhouse
Dear New Zealand Police,
I have been informed by neighbours of my rental property that there has been Police presence at the property and that there is Police interest in the property.
I am in the process of trying to evict the tenant from my property and the tenancy tribunal suggested that I enquire under the Offical Information Act if there are any illegal happenings taking place on my property or Police Reports for the address.
The said property is located at 43 North Cresent, Kaukapakapa, and I am the owner of the property and have owned it for the last 25 years.
I can provide proof of ownership if required.
If you have any information could you please contact me by either ph [phone number removed] or email me at [email address]
Thank you in advance
Yours faithfully,
Craig McNash
