I would like the file to contain the following columns:
Year, Month, City, Suburb (if applicable), Weapon Discharged (yes/no)
I am a New Zealand citizen and I request that any replies come to the FYI email address.

Thank you for passing on this information from Superintendent Chris Scahill.
I note in his signed reply he makes references to an Excel file he has provided, however, the other attachment present is a PDF of an excel file and would require significant time and effort to reformat this back into an Excel spreadsheet.
For that reason, are you able to provide the Excel file in an Excel format please.
