Dear New Zealand Police,

I am writing to request information on all times an Office has made a 10/10 radio call, an OSA alarm has been activated (including the duress radio functions on the digital radio networks), or a 1E job was created in CARD.

Please include information between 1 May 2018, and 4 April 2021.

Please supply the requested information in a spreadsheet containing columns for the below data:
- Date and time of the event
- CARD event number
- District
- Area
- Type e.g. 1E, 10/10 radio call, OSA activation
- Result Code

As required under the Official Information Act, I am a New Zealand citizen currently residing in New Zealand.

I am writing to request information on all times an Office has made a

I have been asked to advise you that Police requires an extension of time
in which to respond to your request, pursuant to section 15A(1) of the
Official Information Act (OIA). Specifically, section 15A(1)(b),
consultations necessary to make a decision on the request are such that a
proper response to the request cannot reasonably be made within the
original time limit.

 

Police require until 11 May 2021 to provide a substantive response to your
request.

 

You have the right, under section 28(3) of the OIA, to make a complaint to
an Ombudsman about this extension.
