Dear New Zealand Police,

I am writing to request an Excel file relating to all firearms related jobs (Where firearms have been presented or discharged by police) from the period of 13/9/2021 - 13/9/2022. Specifically I request all Rotorua city jobs.

I would like the file to contain the following columns:

Date, Time, CARD/Event number, Location e.g Street,residence,commercial (Not asking for physical address just area of incident), Weapon Discharged (Yes/No and by who) and Result Code.

I confirm I am a New Zealand citizen and currently reside in the North Island.
