Dear Auckland Council,
I'd like to see a copy of a document referred to in a letter exchanged between Judge David Kirkpatrick and Stephen Town on 20 June 2016 (http://www.aucklandcouncil.govt.nz/EN/pl... ). The document refers to these as Hearing Topic 074 designations.
The report I'd like to see is Watercare's reporting memorandum of 14 October 2015 as referred to in the link above.
