Dear New Zealand Fire Service Commission,

This is a request under the Official Information Act.

This request relates to a development known as Customs Residential, at 71-77 and 87 Customs Street East, Auckland 1010.

I have previously made a OIA request for communications in the period from 4 August 2015 to 21 April 2017. This was substantively addressed on 2 June 2017. Thank you for the response.

On 1 May 2017, what was then a building consent application (reference B/2016/10829/2) was escalated to an application for determination (reference 2943) from the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE).

I apologise for the inconvenience of this subsequent request, but a number of matters of concern have been raised during the determination process.

To that end, I now request all internal and external communications including minutes of any meetings, in relation to the proposed development for the period from Saturday 22 April 2017 to Thursday 13 July 2017 inclusive.
