This is a request under the Official Information Act.

I request all communications between Michael Belsham of MBIE and Auckland Council regarding the topic of fire safety of tall buildings in general and the development known as Customs Residential on Customs Street East, Auckland in particular.

The period of interest is from 1 November 2015 to the present. (I understand that Mr Belsham no longer works at MBIE but am unsure of the precise departure date.)
