How is information from online job applications used by MPI?

- The ethnicity/diversity stats gathered from the online job application forms used by your organisation?

- The number of registrations(sign ups) to your 'Careers' portal used?

- The number of job applications advertised per dept/unit/ organisation used?

- The number of job applications applied for per dept/unit/ organisation used?
