Dear Ministry for Primary Industries,

1. On the 26/4/17 I emailed MPI for the contact details of the Privacy Officer and the response received was "We don’t have anyone under this job title, can you please provide me with more information? - Customer Enquiries Co-ordinator"

Why are the front line staff not aware of who or what the Privacy Officer is and why isn't there any staff member with that designation listed on the staff directory?

The role of the Privacy Officer is very important in any organisation, especially a government agency, and so must be easily accessible.

2. On the 30/1/17 I responded to their call for user testers for their website via email [email address] and 2 subsequent follow up emails on the 13/2/17 & 13/4/17 yet MPI have not responded to any of these at all?

I would like to know why no one has responded and why no one is monitoring the main email [email address] at all?

3. How are the following stats used that relate to number of jobs advertised/applied for per dept/business unit ie sign of growth/developement etc?

Are/how are these stats used by MPI & other organisations and,if so, which ones?

How are the Ethnicity/Diversity stats from the online job application form used by MPI?
