Paxster Tactical Manual

Zhivan Alach made this Official Information request to New Zealand Post Limited

The request was successful.

From: Zhivan Alach

Dear New Zealand Post Limited,

I have recently read your Integrated Delivery Health and Safety Assessment and Management Plan June 2016 re: the Paxster

The manual states:
Paxster drivers must give way to all other footpath users
Paxster drivers must not block the footpath
Paxster drivers may not drive on berms

I am after a copy of any operational/tactical manual for drivers (it may be a set of guidelines), as the above instructions seem mutually contradictory (if the vehicle cannot drive on berms, how can it not block footpaths?)

My second request is for, if it exists, a footpath assessment list/tool used by NZ Post to identify whether Paxster might be used on a footpath without blocking it

Yours faithfully,

Zhivan Alach
