Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

I am interested in the work done to date by the Let's Get Wellington Moving initiative (LGWM) (http://getwellymoving.co.nz/).

The LGWM web site notes:

Developing scenarios
We used the assessment criteria to help filter a long list of scenarios to create a draft short list of scenarios. (http://getwellymoving.co.nz/towards-a-so...)

1) Can I please have a copy of the "long list of scenarios" ?

2) Can I please have a copy of the analysis used to "filter" this "long list of scenarios to create a draft short list of scenarios".

3) Can I please have a copy of the process used to create the long list of scenarios and then filter them to a draft short list of scenarios ?

4) Can I please have a copy of the agenda, minutes, attendee list and also any supporting information presented for the meeting (or meetings) where the final short list of scenarios was decided ?

5) Can I please have a copy of the documentation that describes the short list of scenarios in detail including any option costs/benefits that are held ?

If the requested information is held in electronic form, I would prefer it was provided in its complete and original electronic format. I would also prefer that all communications with respect to this OIA request be via the FYI web site.

Dear Official Correspondence,

Thank you for acknowledging my information request.

I would note that the SECOND NZTA response states "Unless more time is required, the Transport Agency will send a response to you within 20 working days of receiving your request – in this instance by 10 May 2017."

I sent my request in and it was received by NZTA on the 7th of May. I expect the NZTA response to be received "20 working days of receiving your request" which would be 20 working days from the 7th of May 2017.

NZTA bases the timing of their responses on the calculator available on the Ombudsman website here: http://www.ombudsman.parliament.nz/
