Cost Benefit calculations for the Auckland Advanced Bus Solution Report

Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

In January 2017, the NZTA published the "Advanced Bus Solution" report (http://www.nzta.govt.nz/resources/advanc...). This report examines rapid transit options between the Auckland CBD and the Airport.

Part of the report was a Cost Benefit Analysis of proposed AART and AART+ options and showed "the CBA favours AART+ over AART". I am interested in understanding the details of how the NZTA estimated the CBA for these options.

1) Can I please have a copy of the detailed cost figures used to support the Advanced Bus Solution report ?

2) Can I please have a copy of the detailed benefit figures used to support the Advanced Bus Solution report ?

3) Can I please have a copy of the detailed patronage figures used to support the Advanced Bus Solution report ?

4) Can I please have a copy of the detailed Cost Benefit Analysis calculations (including the spreadsheet formula) used to support the Advanced Bus Solution report ?

I would prefer the information was provided in its complete and original format. I would also prefer that all correspondence on this OIA request be via the FYI web site.

Finally, can the NZTA please acknowledge this OIA request ?
