Hi Beth,

What kind of documents are you looking for?

If you want Police files/reports, then you will have to contact the Police directly as the Ministry of Justice doesn't hold this information.

If you want records from High Court trials, then you will have to contact the appropriate High Court directly and request permission to search the Court record (again, separate from the Ministry of Justice).

If you want coronial findings/files for the victims, we can assign this request to our coronial services team.
