Dear Ministry of Social Development,
Sir/Madam,
Since May 2016 tenants of the Tamaki Regeneration Company Ltd have had Tamaki Housing Association both as Owner of the property and the Landlord. Why?
Of those HNZC clients that were disposed of their homes since how many have been rehoused as Social Housing beneficiaries. How many of these are resettled within the Social Accord Housing area & how many were put into subsidised Private Housing of their choice
