Dear Tāmaki Redevelopment Company Limited,
Please confirm that TRC/TRL own the properties adjacent to Glen Innes Pool.
Assuming that you do, are these properties going to be contributed towards the re-generation and thus the extension of the pool complex to help serve the 20,000 additional people expected under the re-generation project as part of TRC’s promised provision of community facilities alongside massive intensification? If not, why not?
Furthermore, will this land be gifted for this purpose to provide appropriate infrastructure for rapid intensification or will you be seeking a land swap with Council Land?
