In October 2013 I requested you organisation make repairs to the 25 units known as Karamea Court at 8 Seabrook Ave, New Lynn. Now that the work is finished, in your minds, I request that you advise details of the cost and what further work you intend to carry out in respect of the removal of the Sheoke, the stormwater drains & the maintenance of the plantings i made with your approval.
