Dear Auckland Transport,

I was involved in a traffic incident on 01/09/16 between approx 12.50pm and 1.15am outside 277 K Rd. I am seeking footage or images of the incident,

The Vehicle I am particularly wanting to see is HZW66 (Toyota) to determine exactly where it was located and what it was doing at the time of impact. This is required for a disputes tribunal hearing.

There are concerns that this vehicle was

1. parked on double yellow lines when the impact occured

2. was initiating an illegal U turn.

Thank you for your request for CCTV footage for a traffic incident that
occurred on 1 September 2016 between 12.50pm to 1.15am outside 277
Karangahape Road.

 

Firstly, please allow me to apologise for the delay in sending this
through to you.  I was certain that it had been sent on the 15th of
December but could not find evidence of having done so when I double
checked.  I have attached a response for information requested under the
Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
