Reason for drug and alcohol checkpoints in Wellington for September & October 2016

I am looking for information regarding the reasons and motivations for setup and location of all mobile drug and alcohol checkpoints between 1st September 2016, and 26th October 2016 in the Wellington region.

Can you please supply me with the following:

1. A total number of police checkpoints in the Wellington Region over the above period
2. Date, time, and duration each checkpoint was active
3. The reason and motivation each checkpoint was deployed
