Spike Rogers , a male stafffy, ,was taken without owners consent or authority from Huia Road Titirangi in August 2016
Please provide all documentation related to this event including the name of the person who cut open his bladder and all treatment costs both public and private to seek to correct the failed operation
Please provide any evidence to confirm the Spike was in anyway a threat or danger by those who came into contact with him both at the animal welfare centre and at the private emergency vet
Please advise what efforts the animal welfare centre took to communicate with the owners and what follow up was undertaken by management at the animal welfare centre to check on his post operative condition.
Please provide the code of ethics that the staff at the animal welfare centre are expected to adhere to.
What internal review of the Spike Rogers case has been undertaken by the animal welfare centre.
