I request all material available in relation to the application to Auckland Council for the proposed day care centre at

218-220 Beach Road
Campbells Bay
Auckland

Would you please provide us with a copy of the minutes of the pre planning meeting together with all other material (including emails letters, memoranda, file notes and internal Council communications) concerning this proposal held by Council from the date when the applicants (or their agent) first contacted Council about it until 27 May 2016

In particular, please provide copies of all reports and other material held by Council which led to the Council's decision to notify this application, and a copy of that decision.

Could you please supply a copy of all submissions relating to this application.
