Good morning Robert

In response to your request made under the Local Government Official Information Act I now provide the information you requested.

The budget cost of $1.9 million is for construction works for the Taihape Town Hall. It was based on an earlier seismic assessment by Kevin O'Connor & Associates and sketch plans associated with that. A copy of the estimate provided by Rawlinsons is attached for your information.
