Dear Wairoa District Council What is the total expenditure to date on the public roading access partnership with WDC & Onenui Stn via Mahia East Coast Rd & Tawapata Rds to the Rocket Launch pad site .
State the total cost of the Rocket Lab share ?
How much have Rocket Lab actually paid, when & To Whom??
What specific amount was the NZTA Subsidy allocation for this public roading installation ?
Assuming the NZTA Subsidy was 68% [excluding Storm damage & minor improvements ] what is the actual cost to WDC & what Budget element was utilised .
Do Rocket Lab have any current outstanding accounts payable to WDC related to this roading access?

Yours faithfully,Denys Caves

Dear James Baty.... I am in receipt of your partial response to my original OIA Request lodged on 18 t h August ,2016 but not responded to within the recommended 20 period & no detailed explanation was offered to justify the delayed response of 19 Sept 2016 .
My original OIA request was specific to two local WDC public Roads being MAHIA EAST COAST RD & the adjoining TAWAPATA RD...both public roads within the vicinity of Onenui Stn & the recently developed Rocket Lab Site and related costs.
References have been made relating to MAHIA EAST COAST Rd proposed developments but there are no specific references to TAWAPATA Rd [Public Rd]that adjoins the Mahia East Coast Rd beyond the Double CATTLE STOP just prior to an Onenui Stn House & the approaching LEFTHAND & LOCKED GATE on this public Rd indicates public will TRESPASS by CONTINUING along this Route towards the TAWAPATA Rd intersection some distance along the newly developed Rd towards the Coastal section of the said Rd .The Rocket Launch Pad recently formed continues past this point to the Launch Pad .
WAIROA District Council must have approved this TRESPASS SIGNAGE on the public Rd erected by Rocket Lab which technically bluffs public wishing to traverse beyond the said point o public Rd.
Recent photos illustrating all these points can be provided along with NZTA Palmerston Nth communications[ongoing] Wairoa District Council have in their records GPS Maps illustrating the public rds referred to beyond the Mahia East Coast Rd Locked Gate & Public TRESPASS NOTICE erected there.
I therefore have not received adequate answers to my original OIA Questions related more specifically to the intersections of Mahia East Coast Rd & TAWAPATA rd beyond,d this locked gate so will have to lodge a further OIA question to gather that information & the reasons for obstructing public access on public rds.in that close vicinity.

Yours sincerely,

Denys Caves [Mr]
