Dear Arlene Goss,
You asked me to clarify item 6, 'Chief inspector's report'.
In March 2016, I heard Dunedin's Mayor, David Cull, on Radio New Zealand National, declare that his Chief Building Inspector ( I assumed this to be Neil McLeod) went to the site of the balcony collapse at 598 Castle St., on the Sunday morning following the collapse, and declared the balcony compliant. I also assume that Neil McLeod wrote an official report about this visit and everything related to the balcony's collapse. It is this report that I am interested in reading. Presumably this is the Council's report that you refer to.
Yours sincerely,
David Robert Searle

Dear Arlene Goss,
Your wishing me to clarify, whether, by 'Chief Inspector' I meant police or council has further interested me in Police Commander Jason Guthrie and his report on the Balcony Collapse, as he has been the recipient of many, if not all of my emails, surrounding the balcony collapse, at 598 Castle St. He trusts the Authorities, I do not.
So, please add Police Commander Jason Guthrie's report on the Balcony Collapse at 598 Castle St. to my list of requests.
Yours sincerely,
David Robert Searle
