If so please confirm %nbs.
Please provide costings for the seismic upgrade and the resulting %nbs.

Good morning Robert
In response to your Local Government Official Information Act request I now provide the information you requested.
Two assessments have been conducted on the main Council office building - one by MWH in 2008 and one by GHD/ProArch earlier this year. They are both attached, together with the MWH report on the garage building. No assessments have been undertaken for the newer parts of the office complex or the Assets building.
