Dear Laura Symes,
Thank you for your reply, letting me know that you do not have any documents showing that the product DECAL has changed its formulation, since it was first registered in 2008.

I note under section 4.21 of the HSNO approval of DECAL, any changes in composition of this vertebrate toxic agent are required to be notified to the EPA.

Animal Control Products Ltd / Pestoff Products have advertised on their website of a change in formulation ( a "secret ingredient") that makes the VTA more effective, ie more toxic.

Therefore it would appear that ACP is in breach of its registration conditions for DECAL, ( HSNO approval code HSRS 007891)
Will you be requiring Animal Control Products to notify you of the new ingredient in DECAL?

Yours sincerely,

S C McKee
