I request the following information under the OIA.

1) Total number of tickets issued by officers in the Christchurch Urban Area (CBD and Suburbs i.e Christchurch Based Police Officers) for motorists "running red lights". (Not including Red light Cameras) broken down by Year, between 2009- 2015

2) Total number of motor-accidents in the Christchurch Urban Area (CBD and Suburbs i.e Christchurch Based Police Officers) at controlled intersections (Traffic Lights only) broken down by Year, between 2009- 2015.

3) Total number of Bus drivers, driving buses that were issued tickets by officers in the Christchurch Urban Area (CBD and Suburbs i.e Christchurch Based Police Officers) for "running red lights". (Not including Red light Cameras) broken down by Year, between 2009- 2015.

4) Total number of tickets issued by officers in the Christchurch Urban Area (CBD and Suburbs i.e Christchurch Based Police Officers) for motorists "using a cellphone/device whilst driving".) broken down by Year, between the new law passing making it illegal and 2015.

5) The total number of motorists found to be over the legal driving limit by officers in the Christchurch Urban Area (CBD and Suburbs i.e Christchurch Based Police Officers) broken down by Year, between 2009 and 2015.

6) The total number of disqualified drivers, that were found to be driving whilst disqualified by officers in the Christchurch Urban Area (CBD and Suburbs i.e Christchurch Based Police Officers) broken down by Year, between 2009 and 2015.
