Thank you for contacting Auckland Transport on 19 July 2016 requesting information relating to the 
total  number  of  properties recorded on  the  Auckland Transport 'No  Spray  Register'  from  1 August 
2013 to  1 July  2016.  You had requested that  the information be supplied as a total  for each  month 
and broken down by region. 
Our response to your request for information is as follows:

We are unable to break this information down to a monthly figure as we do not record the month that 
properties are added to or removed from the 'No Spray Register'.  Your request for this information is 
therefore refused under section 17{e) of the LGOIMA as the information requested does not exist. 
We trust the above  information  has addressed  the matters raised however,  should you believe  that 
we have not responded  appropriately  to your request,  you have the right in accordance with section 
27(3) of the  LGOIMA to make a complaint to the Office of the  Ombudsman to seek an investigation 
and review in regard to this matter.
