Dear Minister for Building and Housing,
In Housing New Zealand's "Briefing for the Incoming Minister of Housing" 2013 document, one of the goals listed within the Asset Management Strategy is that “no community will have more than 15 percent state housing presence” (http://www.hnzc.co.nz/our-publications/b...). I would like to request the following information under the OIA:
* all formal research and information on mixed community housing initiatives within New Zealand. This includes cabinet papers, briefings, and aid memoirs, but excludes emails.
I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the fyi.org.nz website.
With regards to section 12 of the Official Information Act, I am an New Zealand citizen and reside in New Zealand.
