Dear Minister of Social Development,

In June 2010 Minister Finley, the Canadian Minister of Employment and Social Development Canada, wrote to Minister Bennett, the New Zealand Minister of Social Development, on the subject of New Zealand's deduction of Canada Pension Plan benefits from New Zealand Superannuation benefits.

My New Zealand Superannuation benefit is being reduced by the amount of my Canada Pension Plan benefit.

Please provide me with copies of Minister Finley's letter and Minister Bennett's reply.
