Information on Auckland Local Alcohol Policy Communications

Dear New Zealand Police,
I request:
1. a copy of any communications sent or given, including in-person (printout etc.), by Ross Barnaby, Mark Benefield or Gary Davey of the NZ Police which refers to the "one way door" policy (also known as "lockouts") in relation to the Local Alcohol Policy to any:
- security companies (or any staff/contractors of);
- community or business organisations;
- charities;
- hospitality businesses (or any staff of)
- residents associations/organisations; or
- Auckland Council staff,
which operate or are located in Auckland, which occurred between the dates of 1 February and 9 April 2016.
2. I also request a copy of any communications sent or given, including in-person (printout etc), by any other staff member of the NZ Police which refers to the one way door policy (also known as "lockouts") in relation to the Local Alcohol Policy to any:
- security companies (or any staff/contractors of);
- community or business organisations;
- charities;
- hospitality businesses (or any staff of)
- residents associations/organisations; or
- Auckland Council staff,
which operate or are located in Auckland, which occurred between the dates of 1 February and 9 April 2016.
3. I additionally request a list of all people or organisations any such communications from above were sent to or given, including in-person, between the dates of 1 February and 9 April 2016. Private/business email addresses or phone numbers may be redacted.
4. I request that the information of each section be provided as it becomes available rather than waiting for all of it to be compiled to avoid any delay.
