With reference to your request for information submitted to Auckland
Transport on 14 March 2016 under the Local Government Official Information
and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), we regret that further time is required to
respond to your request.

 

Therefore under Section 14(1)(a) of the LGOIMA, Auckland Transport is
extending the response time to 20 April 2016.  This is because collation
of the information is taking longer than anticipated. 

 

You have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA to make
a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsmen about this extension.
