30% Claimant reduction Objective this year (2016)

1/ would the Corporation please confirm that there is or is not an objective to reduce the amount of Claimants by either 30% or any other percentage for that matter

2/ What is the Corporations strategy for an affordable scheme with the now loss of income since the reduction of car registration
