1. the Regulations for the University of Auckland Doctoral Scholarship Programme 2.All policy, criteria, assessment tools etc the University of Auckland would apply in the following scenario to make a decision on which degree will be the 'qualifying programme' for the purposes of awarding a scholarship under the University of Auckland Doctoral Scholarship Programme :

Scenario:

A student applies for a University of Auckland Doctoral Scholarship. The student has recently completed both an MA by thesis at a New Zealand University and also a taught MA programme at an overseas university. The overseas MA was most recently completed. Which degree will be treated as the 'qualifying programme' for the purpose of scholarship assessment?
