 1. I am requesting the following data about the Ledger Goodman WWPS
filter changes

 a. When (since its 2019 initial installation) has the filter media been
changed
 b. In each case, why was it changed
 c. Any internal communication about the efficacy or reliability of the
filter system
 d. Any communication with the filter media supplier and/ or installers
about the efficacy or reliability of the filter system
   

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and, in
any event, no later than 25 August 2026, being 20 working days after the
day your request was received. If we are unable to respond by then, we
will notify you of an extension of that timeframe. For requests that are
likely to involve substantial collation and/or research, there may be a
charge for staff time. However, if this is the case, we will advise you
before we process your request, giving you the opportunity to decide
whether to proceed with the request.   
 
In cases where the Council's response provides information that
is identified to be of general public interest, the response may be
published on the Councils website.  If your request is published, all
personal information, including your name and contact details, will be
removed.
