Kia ora Harvey,
I apologise for the lateness of the response to your OIA.
Unfortunately, it is still being drafted, and it will then progress through our internal consultation process.
I am unable to confirm a release date at this stage but have forwarded your email to the team drafting the response and reminded them that it is overdue, they are waiting on consultation with an outside party but hope the reply will be with you by the end of July.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision. Information about how to make a complaint is available at www.ombudsman.parliament.nz
